Company has supplied instructions with the Liberator Fuel Saver outlining basic installation procedures. It is important that you read these instructions carefully and fully understand them prior to attempting installation. The instructions provided depict a common engine design. Your vehicle's engine may be designed differently than the one pictured in the instructions provided. Please insure that you have provided the Company with the correct make, model, and engine size of your vehicle prior to installation, as Liberator Fuel Savers vary by size according to engine design. If you are not sure how to properly install the Liberator Fuel Saver, or unsure of the fit in your specific engine, please consult the Company website and/or call the number listed on the instructions for assistance. In some cases, professional installation may be required. Company is not responsible for any damage, which may be caused by improper installation, modification, abuse, or misuses of the Liberator Fuel Saver. With proper installation of the Liberator Fuel Saver, under normal driving conditions, you should experience increased fuel mileage over your current average miles per gallon rate. If you are unable to achieve increased fuel mileage, you may return the product along with the original receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase and receive a refund of your full purchase price less shipping and handling. All returns of the Liberator Fuel Saver require pre-authorization from the Company. Please call the number provided on your invoice for pre-authorization and shipping instructions. You should determine prior to installation of the Liberator Fuel Saver whether the installation would affect your vehicle's warranty. Company assumes no liability for voided warranties due to installation of the Liberator Fuel Saver.

Company assumes no liability to any third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the Liberator Fuel Saver. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE LIBERATOR FUEL SAVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SUCH WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER OR TO CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE OR OTHER PROPERTY (WHETHER ARISING OUT OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE) WHICH EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT CUSTOMER PAID FOR THE LIBERATOR FUEL SAVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM COMPANY ANY INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES MAY HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED TO COMPANY OR COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN BY COMPANY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND WHICH MAY AFFECT ANY LIMITATIONS HEREUNDER.
